Caledonia Consultancy is an independent Financial Services Compliance and Training Consultancy firm based in the outskirts of Glasgow.

Caledonia Consultancy commenced its operation in February 2004 after the principal had built a similar successful operation for an English firm over the preceding five years.

Caledonia Consultancy's principal is a founder member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC) and subscribes to its Code of Ethics. Membership is also held with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Caledonia Consultancy holds professional qualifications in the financial services industry as well as in Personnel Management and Training & Development, and has been practising in the industry for more than quarter of a century.

Caledonia Consultancy's clients are usually small to medium size IFA firms and professional firms with a dedicated IFA arm operating in the UK who appreciate an efficient and dedicated hands-on support service.

Caledonia Consultancy supports the IFA Defence Union and their legal representatives on technical matters, as well as individual solicitors acting for IFA firms on complaints matters.

Each client firm and their staff members are treated as important individuals rather than just a number making up the overall annual turnover. Just as important for any good relationship we will be a welcome service you can put a face to and not just a phone number.
